Yes, ‘Change’ is a word we’ve heard bandied around a lot recently. It may be a little word but it carries a heavy load, especially if you are newly governing a nation.

Thankfully for most of us, change can be a little less dramatic but, nonetheless, provides opportunities to improve what we do and how we do it.
